Is a Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visa Credit Card different than a 'secured Visa' here at Dominion Lending Centres?

Yes - our "Equity-Line Home Trust Visa" is somewhat different than our "Home Trust Secured Visa Credit Cards here at Dominion Lending. Although this 'Equity-Line Visa' is a lot like a 'secured Visa' - because it's secured by your home property just like our 'secured Visas' are secured by cash deposits - it is still a 'mortgage' when it comes down to it. Our Mortgage/Equity-Line Visa by Home Trust is available to you as a first or second mortgage on your home property - and it takes some of the equity out of your home to use in the form of a Visa Credit Card - that acts/works just like regular/non-mortgage Visa Credit Card!

What kinds of Secured Visa Credit Cards - that are secured by cash - do you offer besides this Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visa which is secured by property?

We offer 2 types of 'cash-secured' Home Trust Visas here at Dominion Lending Centres for you to choose from: a Low-Rate Secured Home Trust Visa and a No-Fee Secured Home Trust Visa - both are very easy approval credit cards - even if you have bad credit, work exactly like regular Visas - and are available for one of the lowest cash deposits required in Canada for easy approval credit cards: only $500 - which IS refundable if you ever cancel your paid-up Secured Visa with us in the future. You can apply for either of these 'cash deposit' secured Visas on the following webpage: Easy Approval Secured Home Trust Visa Application

Does your Low-Rate secured Visa (secured by cash) have a lower rate than this "Mortgage" Equity-Line Home Trust Visa here at Dominion Lending?

Our cash-secured "Low-Rate secured Visa" by Home Trust - doesn't have a lower rate than our 'home-property-secured' "Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visa." Our Equity-Line Visa here at Dominion Lending is really a home mortgage (a heloc/home equity line of credit) - and therefore can have a far lower rate than any regular or cash-secured credit card. The credit-card/mortgage interest-rates for our Equity-Line Home Trust Visa can range from 5.99%-11.99% - which are lower than our credit card rates for our Secured Visas which can be either 14.9% or 19.99% - depending on which credit card you choose.

Is your Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visa Credit Cards as easy approval as your Home Trust secured Visas that are 'secured by cash' rather than my home property?

No, our Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visa is NOT as 'easy approval' as our (cash deposit) Secured Home Trust Visa Credit Cards. This is because our Mortgage/Equity-Line Visas are really first or second mortgages on your home property - used to take 'equity/cash' out of your home, and then put in 'Visa Credit Card' form for you to use just like a regular credit card. And any mortgage - even this unique Equity-Line Visa form of 'home equity line of credit' (heloc) - has a more rigorous approval process - it's just the way it is here in Canada. However, if all you're looking for is an easy approval secured Visa credit card - that can be secured by a minimum of $500 (which is refundable if you ever cancel your paid-up secured Visa) - you can check out both of our Secured Home Trust Visas here at Dominion Lending Centres: Low-Rate Secured Visas and No-Fee Secured Visas .

Does your Mortgage/Equity-Line Visa by Home Trust offer me a larger credit limit opportunity than your other Home Trust Secured Visas that are secured by cash instead of property?

Yes, our Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visas can offer you a larger credit-limit than our Home Trust secured Visas - that are secured by cash. This is because our "Equity-Line Home Trust Visas" are just a special form of mortgage or 'home equity line of credit.' They are first or second mortgages on your home property, used to take equity out of that property, and give you that equity to use in the form of a 'Visa Credit Card' (which will work just like a regular/non-mortgage Visa). So our credit-limits for our "cash-deposit" Secured Visas, can only go up to $10,000 if you have a cash deposit to make of $10,000. But the credit-limit of our Mortgage/Equity-Line Home Trust Visas can go up to $100,000 - depending on many factors, like the value of your home, the amount of equity you can take out of it, and how you qualify for this unique Equity-Line Home Trust Visa.
